Encourage collaborative small group learning using the Promethean ActivTable!

ActivTable allows up to six learners to simultaneously use individual tools, web browsers and resources as their personal efforts move the group toward accomplishing a common goal. Teachers have access to view student’s work, time taken on certain tasks, which collaboration tools were used and so much more. Based on this, teachers are able to customize their own interactive multi-user activities that are based and geared towards student’s specific needs and learning objectives. Students are able to work both individually and together using educational activities, tools, and applications including keyboards, musical instruments, math tools, and web browsers. The large, touch sensitive, 46″ HD LCD display provides ample room for participation. This allows for peer learning, differentiation, and promotes discussion and interaction between peers.
